Philippine American Writers and Artists, Inc.: Review: VIGAN AND .

In the “Vigan and other stories,” Cecilia Brainard Manguerra in motion, a compendium of different cultural and historical narratives are lively, dynamic, imaginative, homesickness and melancholy. These stories are a staple of the work of Brainard. Jumping continents and decades, the stories of what is his third collection of short stories are known for their compelling characters and the choice of subjects.
